Indian operator Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) has launched ‘JioInteract’, an artificial intelligence-based brand engagement platform
The first service to be launched on this platform is the Live Video Call . Over the next few weeks, Jio plans to add services such as video call centres, video catalogue, and virtual showrooms to its JioInteract platform
JioInteract’s first service is ‘Live Video Call’, which will allow Jio customers and other smartphone users to make a video call anytime during the day.
To access the JioInteract platform, customers should download the MyJio app; click on the JioInteract icon inside the MyJio app; and then start a video call and chat with everybody. Additionally, subscribers can also share their video call experience with their family and friends using the “Share” option.
This service uses an artificial intelligence-based platform to listen to user questions and respond to them in the most appropriate way. In addition, the platform includes an auto-learning feature that helps improve the answering accuracy.
